Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Aroma of ripe red fruits, sour cherry and cranberry, graphite, delicate smoke; floating. On the palate subtle tannins, well-judged acidity, fine red fruits, dancing, all about elegance, noticeable chalkiness, fine pepper, spicy, good structure and length.
