Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose, animating aromas with citrus notes, lime zest, crushed rock, grapefruit, lemon balm and mint. On the palate, lively acidity and dominant citrus flavours, grapefruit, grippy and compact throughout, medium structure and an emphatically fresh finish.
