Tasting from 16.08.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Delicate, fresh sour cherry fruit. In the mouth, the wine has a balanced and compact structure, ripe, fine-grained tannins in a quantity well suited to the body and clear chalky minerality. A fine Spätburgunder with good density and very good ageing potential.
