It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Spätburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Disgorged 03/2025, with a subtle yeasty, chalky aroma, a champagne-like Pinot fruit, but also hazelnut and apple. The structure on the palate has bite and elegance, and shines with its highly concentrated, fine yet fresh mousse. Mineral and long on the finish.
