The white wine »Tempus« Chardonnay, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Bergdolt Klostergut St. Lamprecht has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Present wood and distinctive iodine, limestone and spice aromas. On the palate, the wine shows tight-knit, with a firm acidity backbone and a texture that is supple and also slightly woody and creamy. A nuanced, still very young wine with a good ageing potential.
