Complex and animating on the nose, brioche, white nougat, citrus, apple, mirabelle plum. Slight phenolics on the palate, fine tannins, superb acidity, vibrant, the mousse has volume and remains creamy, excellent balance, all of a piece, very long.
More about the tastingA slightly balsamic savouriness, nutty, hazelnut, rocket, spring meadow. A firm mousse, linear, very dry, still young, noticeably textured, comparatively ripe acidity which intensifies, some ripe savouriness on the finish.
