The sekt Bergdolt »Fluxus« Brut Nature, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Bergdolt Klostergut St. Lamprecht has been rated in 2023 by Peter Moser, Gerhild Burkhard, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Spätburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
A hint of tertiary notes. Pinot berries, brioche, blossom honey. The mouthfeel is cool and chalky, carried by a dynamic, well persistent mousse, a civilised acidity and noticeable extract sweetness give the wine depth and length, the finish shows a lot of Pinot, rather it brings together savouriness from minerality and yeast maturity at the very end. Great!
