Tasting Notes
Delicate yeast notes on the nose testify to a nice maturity and there is an elegant peppery rye bread character. On the palate the mousse could be finer, but it embraces fine expressive yeast notes and a beautiful depth. It is an elegant grown-up sparkling wine that may well age for another year or two in the cellar. Bravo!
