The red wine »Kreation CMX« Rotwein trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Bernhard Ellwanger has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Cubin, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Smells of oat flakes, liqueur cherries, beet, cocoa and wood, but also apricot pulp. In the mouth, the wine has a good balance of a slightly viscous background and sandy tannin, a dense palate fruit fills the texture, the balance of powerful alcohol, firm acidity and tactile mineral notes awakens the imagination about the certain ageing potential.
