Tasting Notes
Burgundian juice, leather and yeast, chalky, new oak, highly ripe raspberry and black cherry. On the palate dense and fine-grained at the same time, with a supple base and fine-nerved acidity. It is full while remaining juicy, and has an intensely chalky mineral finish.
