Tasting Notes
Raspberry, yeast, some graphite, blueberry. Tree resin, slate savouriness. On the palate the wine has drive, despite only 11.5% alcohol by volume, the high amount of very fine tannin impresses as well as the cultivated acidity. On a juicy background, this is immensely fresh and yet not overwhelming. A wine with profile and length, with traction, all intensely mineral underpinned.
