Tasting Notes
Ripe stone fruit, apricot, peach, savouriness, a hint of petrol, stony notes, slightly smoky, some quince. Quite relaxed on the palate, soft base, ripe acidity, the minerality takes the lead with a slightly savoury piquancy. Not too complex, animating, linear.
More about the tastingOn the nose aromas of apicot, pineapple, star fruit, lemon zest and also something slightly earthy. On the palate, the "Old Vines" still seem youthful, fresh acidity, some green tea, fine phenolics with a mineral finish. Exciting food wine.
