The white wine »Vom Schiefer« Riesling trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Bicking & Bicking has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Nahe in Germany.
There are aromas of papaya and mango on the nose, as well as perfume and spice, paprika, also some slatey notes, flint, fudge and pencil lead. On the palate it has a nice drive, persistence, with good substance, and density, and it is multi-layered with good length. It has certain ageing potential.
