The white wine »vom Schiefer« Riesling trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Bicking & Bicking has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Nahe in Germany.
Classic slate nose with exotic fruits of passion fruit and pineapple. On the tongue rather reserved and still closed. Compact and grippy, phenolic and also with slate-spicy minerality, shows good potential that will develop further.
