The white wine »Réserve 500« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut & Privatkellerei Bimmerle KG has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
Strong new oak, buttery tones, also quince and Reine Claude plum on the nose. On the palate, the wine shows a firm acidity and good substance, the strong concentration carries the wine for quite a long time - and makes it a versatile sparring partner at the table.
