The wood maturation provides smoky savouriness, warm smoke, ripe mirabelle plum, pear, nutty notes, also savourinesss such as allspice. "Réserve" with a deep structure, full-bodied richness, the dense fruit provides thrust, the ripe acidity carries, spicy and also slightly salty, good length.
