The white wine »Réserve« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Bischel has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
After a few minutes, an almost intense aroma of yellow apple, ripe pineapple, vanilla, hazelnut and quince develops. On the palate, the very lively acidity balances these aromas and the buttery note from the ageing very well. The structure and finish speak of certain ageing potential.
