The white wine »Réserve« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Bischel has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Fine smoke, lemon zest, yellow apple, light bourbon vanilla and flint on the nose. Pure minerality on the palate, slight salinity with very lively acidity, which also balances the very precise fruit wonderfully. Attractive inner tension and piquant savouriness accompany the long finish.
