The white wine »Mineralschiefer« Riesling trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Bollig² has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
An elegant, floral nose. Lime blossoms, fresh hay, savoury notes, tarragon and stone fruit. Juicy on the palate with a crisp acidity, animated. Fresh mirabelle plums and apple, with a fine minerality on the finish.
