Pale golden yellow, a fragrant, intense nose of herbs such as thyme and bay leaf, fine stone fruit, graphite, delicate petrol notes. The spiciness continues excitingly on the palate, the acidity is juicy and wonderfully animating. Phenolic flavour with elegant astringency.
