The white wine »JHB S« Sulzfeld Maustal Sylvaner trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Brennfleck has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Aromas of spontaneous fermentation with herbs, also some smoke from the wood maturation, pear and quince, sliced pumpkin. Compact format on the palate with a firm structure and good density, phenolics, young and still closed, with good ageing potential for further development.
