Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow, silver glints, fine, well persistent mousse. Fragrantly pleasant yellow apples underlaid with the merest hint of biscuit, and slight notions of honeydew melon, followed by verdant meadow herbs, and tangerine zest nuances. Full-bodied, fine white stone fruit nuances, with finesse and freshness, good complexity, and a firm finish. Seems very youthful, displays length, and has definite potential for further development, on par with any top Champagne. (deg. 21.7.2020)
