Complex, dense nose with pear, apple and herb meadow, some cider. Slightly smoky and stony notes. Silvaner that reflects the Stein vineyard with good substance, measured power and the limestone minerality of the site, full-bodied, juicy, cultivated phenolics, with depth and length.
