The white wine Silvaner trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Bürgerspital has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Fresh and fruity aroma of pear, red apple, with aeration, savoury aromas of herbs and fresh grass are added. Slender on the palate yet with good extract, fine and fresh acidity and delicate phenolics give structure to the fruit with subtle sweetness, harmonious and fresh drinking pleasure.
