Very varietal on the nose with notes of white flowers, some white pepper and vivid minerality, then with aeration also white peach and a hint of tropical fruits. Inviting, attractive fruit on the palate, very lively, playful and at the same time serious with very fine acidity. Light-hearted and pleasant wine with sophistication, great with white meat or well-seasoned seafood.
