Tasting Notes
Woody spice marks the rich bouquet, with dark cherry, cassis and raspberries also to the fore. Juniper berries and cloves add fragrance. Broad and powerful on the palate with a soft base and increasing mineral tension which balances the concentrated fruit. There's lots of savouriness and firm tannins, leaving a still closed impression at the moment.
