An intense yet delicate nose marked by slate savouriness, wet hot stones, as well as candied citrus with fresh orange and lime. On the palate it's juicy and punchy thanks to a lively acidity that creates lots of tension. Sweet citrus and papaya emerge, with a mineral undertone. Dense, elegant and long.
