Orange zest, passion fruit and caramelised pineapple dominate the nose, along with jasmine tea and Burnet rose. Elegantly phenolics on the palate with crisp acidity and supporting minerality, salted lemon and subtle fruit. Has a savoury texture and is taut, straightforward and pithy.
