Lush aromas of ripe tropical fruit, sweet orange, blossom honey and dried apricot are underpinned by a slatey savouriness on the complex nose. There's a melting sweetness on the palate, balanced by piquant acidity and fresh and punchy ripe citrus akin to a lime tart. Honey savouriness adds density to the lengthy palate and finish.
