The white wine Herxheim am Berg Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Dambach has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
The subtle boisée and a fine, "noble" reduction give the fragrance a Burgundian impression. The palate has the fullness, suppleness and drive of a single-vineyard wine, but also a little sweetness. A very finely crafted wine, silky and tactile-mineral, with excellent length.
