The white wine Herxheim am Berg Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Dambach has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
The aroma is characterised by malt, iodine, roasted almonds, toffee and fresh white mushrooms. The bouquet is very tight and dense. Melting on the palate, but still firm, thanks to its concise acidity and minerality. Aromatic orientation towards quince, green apple and lemon peel. Full of tension.
