Tasting from 19.03.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Nuanced burgundian aromas, small red berries, iron, bitter almond and then slightly slatey with aeration. On the palate sinewy, dense and taut, but not massive with lively acidic nerve and fresh, grippy tannin. Pointed, compact, still very young wine.
