Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Berryish Pinot scent, new wood, cherry, almond stones and wet stones nuances. Fruity on the palate, cherry and sour cherry, fine, smoothly embedded tannins, very ripe phenolics, good proportions and good freshness. A complete Pinot, chalky notes on the finish.
