Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Raspberry, cherry, dried meat and discreet wood on the nose. On the palate lively acidity, good freshness, sinewy style, relatively good amount of quality tannins for the medium weight fruit cover, ripe tannin, clear mineral definition, Burgundian style.
