Sunny yellow in colour with an orange tint. The nose reveals a delicate ripe patina, savoury Pinot aromas, apple peel, an almost champagne-like bouquet. The palate opens with a mousse that combines finesse and verve, the good balance allows neither acidity nor sweetness to appear in isolation. A juicy, fresh, elaborate sparkling wine.
