Tasting Notes
Cream-coloured with reddish-golden reflections. The aroma serves the Pinot on a silver platter: very pure, fresh and multi-layered. The mouth-filling mousse and lively acidity provide structure and length - the fruit contributes sweetness without much residual sugar. A very stylish sparkling wine!
More about the tastingA reddish, shimmering blanc de noirs colour. The aroma is complex and finely ripe: notes of autolysis from the yeast underline a delicate Pinot fruit, apple skin and small red berries. The wine also reveals an initial maturity in the mouth, a fine mousse unfolds on a supple base, the acidity begins mildly and refreshes the palate in harmony with the carbonic acid. Good length.
