It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Very flavoursome: lemon balm and caraway in the aroma, also some lime. A very slender sparkling wine wets the lips, juicy, with a fine play of acidity and a suitable, not overly sweet dosage. The mousse is very refined and fine. A lovely refreshing drink - and not just when you look out over Stuttgart city centre from the Killesberg.
