It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Württemberg in Germany.
An appetisingly clear Riesling on the nose, peach, bergamot and a hint of yeast and caramel. The mousse is unobtrusive but persistent, the acidity shows a beautiful Riesling style without becoming coarse, and the sweetness fits perfectly into this fresh, elegant flavour. A lot of sparkling wine for the money!
