Pale in colour and so energetic in scent. Tangerine zest, apricot, ripe apple and a little lemon balm. Wonderfully balanced on the palate. Sweetness lies a little above the acidity, then the stony minerality adds a touch of greatness. Lots of certain ageing potential.
