Tasting Notes
An honorary dry wine, so to speak: this fruity Kabinett is bursting with mineral tension and crisp acidity - in a few years there will hardly be anything left to taste of the restrained sweetness.
More about the tastingSlate savouriness on the nose, crushed rock. Some citrus. Very complete on the palate, yet a Kabinett with typicality: rich layers of extract, crisp acidity, rather restrained sweetness, not a lightweight in body, but still "cool" in appearance. Good length, almost inviting to chew at the end, great certain ageing potential.
