Delicately fragrant on the nose, juicy ripe peach, candied pineapple, fresh lemons, meadow herbs, slate spice. Juicy, sun-kissed fruit on the palate, a finesse-rich interplay of sweetness and acidity, mineral spice, salty, peppery, concentrated, with a lot of drinking flow.
