Aroma of ripe peach, some papaya, lots of slate savouriness, crushed rock, fine herbal savouriness, menthol, multi-layered. Lively acidity on the palate, lots of tension and dynamism, gripping phenolics, savouriness, delicate sweetness, crisp late harvest that gets by with little sweetness, good length.
