Spicy on the nose with wet stone and a subtly peppery note, followed by green apple, lemon zest, peach and herbs such as lemon balm and nettle. On the palate there's plenty of tension supporting the elegant, juicy fruit, with an echo of lemon and green apple wrapped up in lively acidity. A mineral savouriness shows towards the end of the stimulating palate.
