Dense floral scent of violets, lime blossom, lots of jasmine. Smoky slate savouriness, flint. Straightforward and taut on the palate, dominated by savoury minerals. Finely infiltrated by citrus freshness and animating, juicy acidity. Young and incredibly exciting.
