Pale green in the glass, spicy slate notes, papaya and hints of yeast on the nose. On the palate also fine fruit accents from passion fruit to ripe peach and apricot, but also good amounts of minerality. Also texture and gripping acidity, an uncomplicated wine in the best sense.
