The sekt »Schwarze Linie« Riesling brut nature, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Egert has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Citrus fruit and yeast notes on the fragrance, bergamot, a touch of lavender and, after aeration, also a flinty mineral savoury note. On the palate fine, but fresh mousse and lively acidity, despite being brut nature it is not excessively tart, instead it is juicy and persistent.
