A fruity aroma: apple and blood orange, tangerine, and a hint of yeast. The palate reveals a juicy acidity and a fine mousse; the subtle sweetness is playful and does not detract from the freshness. An elegant, very typical Rheingau Riesling Sekt with very good length.
