The white wine »Terra F« Elsheim Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Eppelmann has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
A note of caramel announces the use of wood, coconut, along with nutty tones and a ripe, "sweet" peach fruit. On the palate the wine has medium weight, a dense texture, grip and a well-integrated acidity. Great food wine.
