Popcorn, roasted sesame and roasted coriander seeds. Matchstick, warm tar and cedar wood. Clove and bay leaf. Obscured fruit. On the palate, fruit notes develop with ripe tannins, an exposed minerality and a structured acidity. Full of finesse and elegant.
