It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
A fine, yeasty aroma, notes of grated apple and blueberry. On the palate, there is a pleasing arc of tension that is both juicy and cultivated, with a tactile, mineral flavour and a fine mousse. A very elegant flint wine that clearly shows its Pinot genes.
